Tex-Flex and other Vibratory Conveyors

The Tex-Flex Vibratory Conveyor

The TEX-FLEX Excited Base Vibratory Conveyor utilizes a maintenance free rotary electric vibrator drive system mounted to an isolated conveyor frame to energize the leaf springs supporting the conveyor pan to produce the maximum conveying action with minimal power requirements. For most applications, the power requirement is less than 1 HP.

The rotary electric vibrator is inverter driven allowing easy adjustment of conveyor speed and has adjustable eccentric weights allowing the force output and resulting conveyor stroke to be easily changed in the field to optimize conveying efficiency.

Features

  • The TEX-FLEX Vibrating Conveyor drive is very quiet, because no belt drives or external bearings are required, minimizing the need for lubrication and regular maintenance.
  • The TEX-FLEX is supported on isolators to minimize vibration transmission to surrounding structures and can be floor supported or ceiling suspended.
  • TEX-FLEX Vibratory Conveyors are equipped with stainless steel conveyor pans and Steel-It painted conveyor frames. Optional all stainless steel construction is available for wash down applications.
  • The simple, cost effective, sanitary design of the TEX-FLEX Vibrating Conveyor makes it perfectly suited for modular packaging distribution applications. Optional pan covers, screens and discharge gates are available.

Natural Frequency Vibrating Conveyors

Another low-maintenance conveyor for moving free-flowing solids, the natural frequency vibrating conveyor from Triple/S Dynamics is designed to provide material travel rates ranging from just a few feet per minute to over 100 ft. per minute.

Triple/S vibrating conveyors are designed and balanced so that they transmit very little dynamic load to supporting members and may be operated under continuous duty for years with very little maintenance.

Triple/S Dynamics vibrating conveyors feature a variety of drive and suspension arrangements. In addition, vibrating conveyors can be designed to integrate one or more process steps into a single machine.
