Recommended Drive Rebuild Parts for Triple/S Dynamics Equipment
Replacement parts are available for all of your Triple/S Dynamics equipment. We provide replacement parts for all of our vibratory conveyor, density separation, and screening equipment lines. The typical sequence of inspected items once a drive is sent to our shop for inspection and/or rebuild: bearings, seals, sight glass, breather, belts, gears, weight stack hardware, visible oil/grease leaks, level in x and y, and inspection of the shafts.

Preventative Maintenance Recommended Every Year
To keep maintenance on track, start with a top-to-bottom audit of your Triple/S Dynamics equipment. Our recommended Category 1 preventative maintenance plan includes the following:

Partial Rebuild Recommended Every 3-5 Years
The partial drive rebuild program can provide longer life without having to purchase a completely new unit. The partial rebuild includes everything from preventative maintenance, along with the following:

- Seal Retainer, Inner (Drive Side)
Full Rebuild Recommended Every 5-10 Years
If your drives are 10, 15 or 20 years old, consider shipping the drive to our facility in Texas for inspection. We have a checklist/teardown list and will provide you with a detailed cost to rebuild your unit, which could save as much as 40% of the cost of a new drive. In the case that a full rebuild is required, everything from Preventative Maintenance & Partial Rebuild will be recommended, along with the following items:
