Marketing Coordinator

Responsibilities and Duties:

  • Analyze and promote the markets that we serve through social media, customer websites, industry news and competitor activity
  • Manage activities relating to company image – industry shows, customer feedback and digital media
  • Handles all aspects of Trade Shows – booth arrangements, equipment shipments & installation, etc.
  • Collaborate with TSD’s digital design and web design partner to improve content and lead generation
  • Support the sales team with market resources that lead to opportunity growth and better closing rates
  • Implement activities that create leads and ultimately new clients

Experience

  • 5 – 10 years in a Marketing role in the Manufacturing sector
  • A favorable history of being a member of an organization providing customized capital equipment
  • Participation in complex sales strategies in an industrial setting with multiple influences

Business Developer - Sanitary

The focus in this role will be in the sanitary market sector to include, but not limited to: beverage, candy, frozen foods, meats, snack foods and bakery, petfood, pharmaceuticals, health and beauty and cleaning products.

Responsibilities and Duties:

  • Mine our existing customer resource management system to better understand the history of success within the market – customers, applications, products utilized, price points, margins, etc.
  • Utilizing historical customer data along with additional marketing information, create a development plan to grow our installed base as well as create new customers in a B2B climate (engineering firms, integrators, corporate entities, end-users (plant level))
  • Become superbly knowledgeable with the sanitary/hygienic market segments
  • Coordinate various designs of configured product with Product Manager and engineering team to meet customer specification and application requirements
  • Promote the full product line through effective presentations and product demonstrations
  • Participate in industry shows and events to promote Triple/S Dynamics’ product line

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Management, Technology, or other discipline with suitable experience
  • 5+ years of Sales, Sales Management or Business Development experience in the sanitary market
  • Success promoting engineered capital equipment of the material handling variety

Product Engineer

TRIPLE/S DYNAMICS, INC. designs and manufactures custom-engineered material handling equipment including vibrating conveyors, vibrating screens, rotary screens, size reduction equipment and density separators.  Triple/S is currently seeking a Mechanical Engineer for its Engineering Department.

Position Summary

Designs, develops, and tests material handling components and equipment to meet customer and industry specifications.  Configures and documents product variants. 

Essential Duties and Responsibilities include:

  • Design, draft, and support vibratory bulk material handling equipment using CAD tools
  • Translate customer and industry specifications into product features and performance metrics.
  • Document and maintain product and component designs to company and industry standards.
  • Plan projects and complete on time and within budget.
  • Model and analyze product designs for performance and reliability.
  • Consult with Field Service to troubleshoot application issues.
  • Test products in lab and field; document and report results.
  • Support new product/component introduction to manufacturing facilities.
  • Author and edit installation and maintenance manuals.
  • Periodic travel to remote manufacturing facilities across Texas, as well as some travel to domestic and international customer facilities when needed.

Education – Experience – Qualifications:

Required:

  • BS in Mechanical Engineering
  • Proficient with CAD tools, particularly Inventor and/or AutoCAD
  • Strong analytical skills; solve complex problems.
  • Manages projects with teams of 3 or more.
  • Writes thorough and accurate technical reports.
  • Communicates effectively with all levels of the organization in verbal and written form.
  • Stable work history & references.
  • Must be authorized to work in the US without sponsorship.

Preferred:

  • 3-5 years experience designing and testing mechanical equipment.
  • Experience with vibration/harmonics in machinery
  • Familiar with ERP/MRP business systems (Syteline, MAS, AS/400, AX, etc.)
  • Experience with Machine Design/Power Transmission

Buyer II

Department: Purchasing Department

Reports To: Purchasing Manager

Summary

This position will be responsible for ordering and supplying the organization with materials, supplies, equipment and services to support manufacturing and non-manufacturing processes. 

Job Responsibilities

  • Manage RFQ’s for non-standard fabricated parts, machined parts, and assemblies.
  • Award orders to vendors based on best value option.
  • Organize purchase orders on a per Customer Order basis and report status to Inventory.
  • Monitor market costing trends
  • Review ERP demand for future shortages and plan accordingly to prevent shortages.
  • Maintain ERP with current pricing, delivery, and vendor contact information.
  • Prepare purchase orders, checking them for accuracy and completeness before issuing.
  • Follow company policies and procedures for the purchase of goods and services.
  • Review acknowledgements for agreement with purchase orders and resolve any discrepancies with the supplier.
  • Resolve receiving discrepancies with the manufacturer.
  • Work with suppliers to obtain an RMA to return defective, incorrect materials for replacements or credit.

Qualifications

  • Associates degree in a related field minimum, Bachelors preferred.
  • Ability to read and understand Engineering Drawings.
  • Excellent analytical, written and verbal communication skills
  • Highly organized with excellent time management skills
  • Ability to navigate and maintain company ERP system as required to execute the job.
  • Ability to maintain professional relationships with suppliers and cross-departmentally with team members.
