Mechanical Assembler
Assemble mechanical parts, pieces or products using a variety of tools and equipment according to required specifications.
Essential duties and responsibilities
- Read, interpret, and follow basic blueprints, diagrams, engineering drawings, specifications, bills of materials, and other written instructions or procedures to accurately assemble equipment and products
- Utilize tools such as socket wrenches, hand held wrenches and pneumatic impact to assemble new and rebuilt equipment
- Perform quality work checks to ensure the product meets quality standards
- Dismantle and clean equipment for rebuild
- Rework and/or repair assembled equipment and products according to engineering specification changes
- Prep materials for paint which could include cleaning, masking, sanding and/or grinding
- Spray paint product using pneumatic spray gun
- Drive a forklift
- Operate overhead hoist
- Perform all work in accordance with quality standards and established safety procedures
- Maintain a clean and safe work area
Qualification requirements
- High School Diploma or GED
- 1-2 years mechanical assembly experience may be required
- Be here on time and ready to work at the beginning of the shift.
- Be available to work overtime during the week and on weekends
- Demonstrate and apply mechanical aptitude
- Must be able to follow written and verbal directions
- Basic blueprint reading skills
- Ability to perform work accurately and thoroughly
- Ability to use thinking and reasoning to solve a problem
- High attention to detail and self-motivation skills
- Pass drug test and physical
- Willingness to be subjected to a background check
- Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.
Physical demands and abilities
- Regularly lift 30-50 pounds
- Regularly perform repetitive tasks
- Regularly possess manual dexterity to put parts or pieces together quickly and accurately
- Specific vision abilities required include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus
The ideal candidate will be punctual and reliable, able to work cooperatively in a team environment, willing to take initiative to resolve issues, able to work in a heated but un-air-conditioned manufacturing environment, have a basic understanding of safety rules and PPE requirements, good English communication skills, and willing and able to learn new skills.

Manufacturing Engineer
Reports to: Operations Manager
Responsibilities:
- Develop, maintain, and improve manufacturing processes to ensure cost effective and safe assembly, testing, quality and inspection of products
- Perform research, design, and development of manufacturing processes, including, production flow, assembly methods and production equipment.
- Refine and enhance processes by applying continuous improvement and key Lean manufacturing principles and techniques to areas of production
- Conduct feasibility study to estimate product cost and analyze capital equipment, capacity and capability requirements
- Identify opportunities for improving products or reducing costs by implementing or modifying fabrication processes, tooling and production equipment, assembly methods, product design, materials and parts. Work closely with Engineering to implement these improvements
- Interface with Quality to determine critical manufacturing process and control characteristics
- Support process validation by working with Plant Operations to clarify methods, inputs, and outputs of processes or equipment
- Develop and complete manufacturing documentation (FMEA, control plan, process flow, work instructions, and inspection plans).
- Design, develop, test, source, and cost-justify various tools, machinery, and equipment for recommended manufacturing methods
- Participate in design reviews, manufacturing process reviews, supplier quality reviews and audits, first article inspection, failure analysis and other tasks, as assigned
- Resolve problems and provide guidance to the production teams through the application of technical knowledge, data analytics, research, and acquired expertise
- Coordinate design, procurement and implementation of tooling and support equipment, executing to established budgets and timelines
- Create, maintain, and improve controlled technical documents such as procedures, bills of material and routers

REQUIREMENTS:
Experience:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Industrial or Manufacturing Engineering
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a manufacturing environment
Technical Knowledge:
- Strong understanding of and exposure to lean manufacturing techniques
- AutoCAD and 3D software
- CNC programming experience a plus
- Experience with ERP systems
- Proficient utilization of MS Office

Screening and Separation Products Manager
Responsibilities and Duties:
- Mine our existing CRM system to fully understand the history of success with Texas Shakers and the Sutton line of density separation equipment – customers, applications, price points, margins, etc.
- Utilizing historical customer data along with additional marketing information, create a sales plan to grow our installed base as well as new customers domestically
- Become superbly knowledgeable with the product lines: form and function, configurations, options, specific application suitability
- Coordinate various designs of configured product with engineering team to meet customer specification and application requirements
- Become familiar with and improve pricing configuration methodologies
- Promote the product through effective presentations and product demonstrations
- Participate in industry shows and events to promote Triple/S Dynamics’ product line (focus on the Texas Shaker and the Sutton line of density seperators and stoners)
Qualifications and Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical preferred) or other discipline with suitable experience
- 5+ years of Sales, Sales Management or Business Development in an industrial plant marketplace
- Success promoting engineered capital equipment preferably of the material handling variety
- The ability to create meaningful relationships both internally and externally that inevitably lead to market share growth and customer understanding and satisfaction
- The ability to comprehend products that are by nature complex and sophisticated with a keen ability to articulate the attributes that enhance their suitability to the application
- The ability to question, listen and follow-up with solutions that solve customer challenges
- The character and ability to create a strong trust and confidence with the client and potential customer
- The highest caliber of ethics is required with a strong ability to balance loyalties between both client and employer
