Triple/S Dynamics Applications and Product Development Laboratory is an important component in the company’s close working relationship with its customers. With a wide range of testing and analysis equipment, this lab enables our applications engineers to test customers’ products prior to recommendation.
The Applications Test Lab is equipped with a 42′ Slipstick Horizontal Motion conveyor, multiple smaller Slipsticks, a Tex-Flex vibratory conveyor, two RLB natural frequency conveyors, S22H stoner, BX-110 and V-135 Gravity Separators. The lab equipment also includes a Texas Shaker Precision Screener in a 2′ x 12′ single deck arrangement. The facility is also used to determine optimal equipment size, estimate yield and production scale capacities and to project the final characteristics of the product after screening, separation or conveying.
