Slipstick Industrial for Conveying Wet Cake Flakes

The way Triple/S categorizes our conveying equipment can be simplified into two categories, industrial and sanitary slipsticks. Our most recent solution on the industrial side was for conveying wet cake flakes. There are several issues the company had seen when conveying in the past. Their primary concern was the sticky nature of the cakes clumping and sticking to the pan.

Our customized Slipsticks are suitable for a wide range of solutions. The area in question with this installation had limited space. Over the required 19-ft of travel, the elevation difference of the inlet to the outlet was minimal, leaving out the possibility of much decline of the conveying surface.

SLIPSTICK® conveyors are highly configurable to meet the most challenging installation problems. The continuous pans range in lengths from 5 feet to over 259 feet long and widths up to 9 feet wide. Narrow width with high sides, or wide width with low sides for tight fits. The SLIPSTICK® HDC drive may be located at either the inlet or discharge ends of the pan – or above or below almost anywhere down the length of the pan.
