Customer Challenge
A waste-to-energy producer contacted us to help them solve their conveying problems. First, they needed to convey material over 200 feet. Second this bottom ash is wet, hot, dirty and very abrasive. They had tried other vibratory conveyors. They had tried belt conveyors. None of these could withstand the harsh environment.

Triple/S Dynamics engineered a Slipstick Horizontal Motion Conveyor mounted in a plate truss design with overhead mounting to allow clearance underneath.
