A full-service cooperative with products and services in the energy, grain, feed, and agronomy contacted Triple/S Dynamics looking to increase the capacity of their current grain cleaning system, with a particular focus on corn. Railcars will be loaded for shipping with the added benefit of removing foreign material to satisfy customer specifications.

Triple/S Solution

Triple/S Dynamics designed a 4’ x 10’, Single Deck, Standard Texas Shaker, giving the customer the capacity to clean 2,000 bushels of corn per hour. Advantages of the Texas Shaker are simplicity, ease of maintenance, long life and the improvement of waste material removal.
