Customer Challenge
A major pet food manufacturer wanted to replace belt conveyors that feed four packaging lines. These belts were a sanitation headache for the line operators who were constantly cleaning treats that got hung up between the belt and the rabbit ears or the guarding. Not to mention the treats that fell off the belt and on to the floor.
Triple/S Solution
Triple/S engineers designed new stainless steel Slipstick conveyors, one 73’0” long, 18” wide with a depth of 6”. The Slipstick quickly eliminated the sanitation issues of the belt conveyors
