Conveying Baked Crackers with Oil and Seasonings
Customer Challenge
An existing bakery product manufacturing customer, who purchased a Slipstick Horizontal Motion Conveyor from us in 2016 for their baked snack crackers with oil and seasoning application, was in the process of adding a new piece of equipment upstream of their existing line and needed a new pan to replace the existing pan in their Slipstick Horizontal Motion Conveyor.
Triple/S Solution
Triple/S Dynamics designed a replacement pan modifying their existing pan. The 58” W x 8” D x 11’-8 1/4 ”L pan bolted to the existing drive assembly and floor supports which minimized field welding and installation time.
