Alex Stem Named President of Triple/S Dynamics

Alex brings a proven track record of building high-performing teams that turn opportunity into measurable growth. At Kjellberg Cutting, he launched the North American divisional team that quickly scaled the business to a strong market share position while driving year-over-year revenue growth. Before that, he led strategy and execution for a large equipment portfolio at ESAB, helping the team unlock operational gains, and expand market presence globally.

He brings a rare combination of commercial instinct, operational discipline, and hands-on leadership, equally effective on the shop floor and in the boardroom.
