How do I get a parts list or drawing for an older machine?
General assembly and drive drawings are provided when a machine is purchased, and you can reference them to order parts. If you no longer have them, submit a manual request and we’ll help you locate the right documentation. Manuals for machines 25 years or older may not be available.
Where do I find my equipment's serial number?
Check the nameplate on the drive itself. If you still have the original manual that shipped with the machine, the serial number is listed there too. It’s specific to your equipment, so it’s the fastest way for us to pull the right parts and records.
