Reliable Short & Long Distance Conveying
Triple/S Dynamics slat conveyors are the perfect solution to gently and quietly transporting products uphill, downhill, or horizontally, slat conveyors can be employed for either short or long distance conveying. Featuring a simple design, these conveyors require very little maintenance for years of reliable service.
The conveyor slats are available in a wide range of widths and materials. Slats are attached to chains which glide on special sanitary UHMW polyethylene chain rails designed to provide precise tracking.
Perforated slats can be provided for cooling applications where conditioned air needs to be moved through the product bed.
A parallel conveyor chain take-up system ensures uniform chain tensioning and alignment, resulting in low maintenance and extended operating life.
