Slipstick Discharge Gates
Plug Gate
Designed for maximum sanitation and protection of the product stream from contamination. Originally designed to meet stringent 3A Dairy Standards for design and construction, this gate features only welded stainless steel and no fasteners in the product zone.
Standard Slide Gate
This cost-efficient gate includes a UHMW gate plate that is retained by stainless steel guide rails.
Proportioning Gate
Controls the split of a product flow into multiple streams. Adjustable presets are used to allow the proportions of each split to be adjusted during conveyor operation.
Pinch-Free Gate
Used for sticky products or for products that are vulnerable to damage in typical slide gates.
Pivot Gate
This gate offers maximum sealing security against dust leakage without the use of an elastomeric seal in the product zone.
Pneumatic Interface Module
Triple/S Dynamics offers a fully integrated gate / flow inhibitor, the Pneumatic Interface Module (PIM), as an enhancement to the Slipstick horizontal motion conveyor.
The PIM serves as an interface between PLC / level control monitors and Silpstick gates and flow inhibitors. Its primary function is to regulate the activity of these components; opening and closing the appropriate gates and flow inhibitors as needed. In addition, the PIM can be configured to meet a great variety of plant-preferred applications.
