Belt Conveying Systems Meeting Sanitary Demands

Triple/S Dynamics belt conveyors are engineered to meet the high sanitary demands and specific product requirements of food processors.  Built for many years of continuous use, belt conveyors feature slider beds designed to withstand up to 250 lbs. at any point on the conveyor surface.

Triple/S belt conveyors feature easy-to-clean open, rod-type slider beds as well as shaft mounted gear motors or motorized pulleys. Horizontal ledges have been eliminated to minimize dust and dirt accumulation. You can specify sanitary-type single- or double-pedestal mounting legs, as well as ceiling hangar brackets. The conveyor frame, slider bed, and support legs (or ceiling hangar brackets) can be fabricated from your choice of stainless steel, aluminum, or painted steel.

Superior tracking of Triple/S Dynamics belt conveyors helps to extend belt life. To accommodate a wide range of customer applications, flat top, cleated, and trough-style belts are available, as well as modular plastic belting. 

Options for the belt conveyor include belt transfers and belt feeders.
