Max3 Fine Mesh ScreenPosted on December 6th, 2016 by vapro
The MAX3 derives its name from its ability to deliver maximum efficiency, maximum capacity, and maximum performance. It is designed for fine-mesh particle separation (wet or dry) with aperture ranges from ½” to 400 mesh (38 micron). Unlike vibrating screens that shake the entire screen box, the MAX3 screener energizes only the screen cloth. The benefits of this unique design include minimal structuralvibration, low power consumption, very low noise levels, and low maintenance requirements.
The MAX3 can be configured in a single deck unit or stacked up to 6 decks with each deck staggered so you get total screen deck usage. This allows you to utilize normally wasted space, reducing the square footage of the screen cloth needed. Standard size decks include 4X8, 4X10, 5X10, 5X12, 6X10, and 6X12. Decks can be inclined between 25-40 degrees. The slope of the incline should be close to the angle of repose of the material being screened.
