Administrative Assistant

Experienced Administrative Assistant to support Company Controller.

Position responsibilities include:

Position skills and experience requirements:

Exceptional Excel skills with the ability to create complex spreadsheets
Highly proficient in all MS Office applications with ability to gain a strong command of new software systems
Excellent written & verbal communication skills
Must be highly dependable & organized
Detail oriented to ensure accurate deliverables
Must be able to work independently, as well as cooperatively as part of the administrative team.
Minimum 7 years related experience and Associates Degree preferred
Accounting, HR &/or Database experience a plus
Stable work history & references required.

Locations: Breckenridge, Texas and Cibolo, Texas

Education/Experience/Skills:

5 years of Supervisory experience which must be in a welding/production environment
Thorough knowledge and experience with MIG, TIG & SMAW welding
Working knowledge of OSHA work place safety requirements
Ability to read complicated blueprints
Must be able to plan, coordinate and execute a production work schedule and meet deadlines
Computer literate
Good Mechanical skills
Experience in safely handling large assemblies and use of forklifts and cranes
Ability to interact effectively with various levels of professionals inside and outside the organization
Excellent verbal, interpersonal and written communication skills
Ability to guide, teach and motivate others

Additional & Preferred Skills:

Bachelor’s or Associate’s degree in Production Operations or Industrial Technology preferred or equivalent experience and skills
Must be a certified AWS Welder; CWI is a plus
Must be able to lift 50 lbs.
Must be able to stand 90% of the day
Must be able to work in unheated/un-air conditioned facility
