The new UHMW is working great and the plant loves it! There is no coating buildup and fines generation has been dramatically reduced. The coating does not buildup on the UHMW pan. The plant has several vibratory conveyors with polished SST pans in the same line that have serious buildup issues within a few days of starting up the line.
The plant is also very impressed with our UHMW welding and finishing capability.

I want to tell you how pleased I am about working with Vedad Arslanagic these past few weeks. He has consistently gone above and beyond helping me provide excellent solutions to some very difficult design problems. We have a very congested area where the client wants to install 2 horizontal motion conveyors. It seems like overhead pipes, conduit and ductwork were placed almost on purpose right where we needed to install this new equipment. Vedad has never complained about my requests and has always been quick with excellent solutions for difficult problems. He has even caught things that I should have told him about on the drawings that I sent to him.
